Retailers
The Law requires that you store and display your fireworks
safely. In order to sell and store fireworks, you must register
your premises with your Local Authority. The registration
lasts for one year. Kimbolton Fireworks will require a copy
of your storage licence prior to placement of your first annual
order.
Fireworks must not be sold to anyone
under the apparent age of 18.
Display Companies
The use and sale of Category 4 material is legally restricted
to professional use only. Kimbolton Fireworks will require
copies of your explosive storage licence, public liability
insurance cover and details of relevant training/experience
prior to placement of order. Kimbolton Fireworks reserves
the right to decline any order.
